Success and Wellbeing for Lawyers

How can you be more successful and less stressed?

 

 

Join us for this workshop featuring our expert HLS alumnae.  We will explore the evolving definition of “success” among lawyers, crucial in light of recent research about lawyers’ declining well-being.  The workshop will equip you with tools to develop your own definition of success that includes happiness and well-being and integrates your personal and professional goals.  

 

Our expert facilitators will share scientifically-validated research about how to manage stress and increase happiness, and will provide you with actionable steps that you can immediately take to improve your well-being and help you achieve your professional and personal goals.

 

Our facilitators are: 

Shauna C. Bryce is a career strategist for lawyers at all levels. Her roster of private clients includes leaders in government, Global 100 law firms, Fortune 500 businesses, and other top organizations—including Google, Dreamworks, Major League Baseball, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the White House.  She is a graduate of Harvard Law School with 20 years in law and legal careers.

As a lawyer, Shauna worked in the Manhattan flagship office of a Global 100 law firm and served on the hiring committee of an Am Law 200 law firm.  In addition to writing several books and a blog, she’s appeared in publications or events for Forbes, Bloomberg Law, the American Bar Association, the National Association for Women Lawyers, Harvard Law School, and more.  For additional information go to brycelegal.com.

 
 

Leesa Klepper, JD, NBC-HWC, founded Thrivewell Coaching after a career as a practicing health care lawyer and law professor.  Leesa is an expert on attorney well-being and specializes in working with attorneys to enhance their quality of life and professional development over the arc of their careers.   Her expertise extends across a variety of critical areas, including stress management, resilience, self-care, healthy lifestyle, work-life integration, and professional growth.  She works with individual attorneys and works with law firms to enhance their corporate wellness programs and boost attorney health, productivity, and retention.
