About our panelists:

Troy S. Brown (HLS ’03) is of counsel in the Litigation and Government Investigations practices of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP. He litigates in matters involving commercial litigation, criminal defense, federal and criminal enforcement investigations, business or securities fraud, compliance issues, and employment litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was an attorney in the Asset Management Unit of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and was an associate for a large international law firm. In addition, Troy served as an associate professor of law at Michigan State University College of Law and as a visiting professor at Vytautas Magnus University Law School in Lithuania.

Shauna C. Bryce (HLS ’96) is the founder and principal of Bryce Legal, a career coaching and résumé writing boutique exclusively for lawyers. Shauna is a nationally recognized expert in professional development, career development, career transition, social media, and résumés for lawyers. After practicing law in the Manhattan flagship office of Paul Weiss and the New Jersey law firm Sills Cummis, she started formally working on the careers side by becoming a Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) and by interviewing more than 150 attorneys nationwide to learn more about employers’ expectations in the hiring process, as well as how prospective candidates can meet—and exceed—those expectations. This research was the foundation for Shauna’s first book, the acclaimed “How To Get A Legal Job: A Guide for New Attorneys and Law School Students.” Shauna’s LexisNexis webinars and her expert advice column in Bloomberg Law and the American Bar Association have been made available to nearly every law school and law student in the country. She’s been featured in news, publications, or events with Harvard Law School, PennLaw, Forbes, Fortune, National Association of Women Lawyers, Law360, U.S. News & World Reports, and many others.

Rachel Lovejoy (HLS ’96) is currently Senior Counsel at Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX), founded by entrepreneur Elon Musk to revolutionize space technology.  She has more than 20 years of business-focused legal experience as a global transactional lawyer in the US, Middle East, and Latin America advising on numerous complex issues. Her experience includes both law firm and in-house positions, including technology transactions, intellectual property, international trade, real estate and more. She also served as an officer in the US Army Reserve.

Please share this with fellow HLS alumni in your social media and other networks.
