Professor David Wilkins will moderate a panel of HLS alumni who are general counsel at companies discussing their experiences handling and overcoming challenges during the Covid pandemic and in a time further complicated by demands for social change. They will compare common challenges they address in leading successful legal departments, including managing diversity and inclusion efforts and navigating competing business, workplace, and personal demands under difficult circumstances.
