Please join HLSA-DC and HLSA-NY for a timely and engaging panel:
The Supreme Court at a Crossroads
With four new members in five years and a number of significant cases on the docket or on the horizon, the Supreme Court is going through a period of potentially major transition.
A group of frequent Supreme Court practitioners--Paul Clement (HLS ’92), William Jay (HLS’01), Deanne Maynard (HLS ’92), and Jeff Wall--will discuss recent developments at the Court and what it is like to practice regularly there. Kannon Shanmugam (HLS ’98) will moderate. A reception will follow the panel in Washington, DC.
