“Striving and Thriving” as an Associate in Biglaw

Join us for the first of several HLSA in D.C. events designed to assist you in navigating your legal career!

Our first event focuses on careers in “biglaw” – - please join us on Tuesday, January 14, in person, 6:30-8 pm, to discuss “Striving and Thriving” as an associate in large, private firm practice.

Michael J. Gillespie, HLS 1986, a former international corporate partner at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York, will lead our event. During his nearly four decades in practice, Michael led several of the firm’s talent strategies, including serving as Hiring Chair and as Co-Chair of DEI. Michael is joined by several current associates to discuss how to develop professionally while maintaining balance and wellness. We will have the opportunity to socialize following the discussion.
